there's a story behind this trunk. i was in india about 6 years ago and was visiting the hill town of Musoorie for a couple of days. during my stay, my group drove through the 'town', where we stopped to look at a few shops. i was de-ter-mined to get something antique. suddenly, i see this tiny wooden trunk. it's totally beat up. there's no lock for the latch. and the decorative metal is all bent up. and yet, i loved it.
so now, this little trunk sits on my night stand. and not only did i get this little trunk, but during that trip i also bought several antique coins that have made a home for themselves inside this little trunk.
now wasn't that a good story time? :-)
